A little background about me: I've worked in the creative realm for over 20 years in industries including e-commerce, technology, advertising, finance, retail and publishing. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University, I returned to work at an advertising agency in Tromsø, Norway, after completing a summer internship there.

Designing magazine spreads and marketing materials for companies in Arizona paved the way to my real love: — the web. My very first website was built with some self-taught html "way back" in 1995!

Working as a web designer and supervisor with a national merchandise retailer provided vital experience in relationship management, accommodating multiple viewpoints and honing project planning skills. I currently maintain web best practices, trends and technology through ongoing education and affiliations with professional organizations.
